Immigration Physicals

Looking to complete your immigration physicals with ease and efficiency? Look no further than DOT Medical, your trusted clinic for Immigration Physicals in Dallas. Our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience, so you can focus on what matters most – your journey ahead!

Come in anytime Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM with your vaccination records. We charge $100 for the vaccine verification, pre-filling out your I-693 form, and part of your physical examination (includes health history, blood pressure, height and weight, vision) and hearing screening. If all vaccines are completed we will schedule you for an appointment with our Immigration Doctor.

TB test should not be done at the Dallas County Health Department or any other public testing facility. We do offer the QuantiFERON TB Gold test in our office for $130. You are welcome to get the test at a number of different facilities.

On the day of your examination with the Immigration Provider – a charge of $100 will be collected. We will seal your I-693 form with required documentation and provide it to you the same day.
